Accounting Coordinator

The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for general accounting duties including account reconciliation, research and resolution of inquiries and vendor maintenance.  Must be task oriented and organized with a great attention to detail.


What you will do


  • Audit and entry of invoices and bills into QuickBooks.

  • Telecommunication bill review, dispute and payment.

  • Organizing and maintaining vendor files.

  • Provide support to Finance team.

  • Assist with internal and external inquires and provide information as requested.

  • Other assignments as directed.


The experience you bring


  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, with a comprehensive knowledge of Excel, Pivot tables and Macros.

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks.

  • Telecommunications experience a plus.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication

  • Team player with solid organizational skills

  • 3 Years relevant experience.

  • Associates Degree in Accounting a plus.
