The Inside Sales Account representative is responsible for participating in the identification and qualification of sales opportunities and the assignment of accounts to appropriate sales personnel. Responsible for outbound and inbound tele sales activity and is accountable for developing and supporting revenue growth for assigned accounts, verticals, and customers.

What You Will Do and The Outcomes You Will Achieve

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold call and emails
  • Responsible for identification and or qualification of new account opportunities, closing key opportunities and managing existing business.
  • Manages and supports current key customer accounts including forecasting, pipeline updates, shipping, and backlog management.
  • Supporting outside sales positions as required
  • Meets and/or exceeds assigned revenue goals and objectives for accounts

Who You Are and What You Bring

  • 2 years sales related and/or customer service experience
  • Self motivation and energetic engagement
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills

Desired But Not Required

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years work experience directly in Inside Sales or a tele sales capacity
