Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a creative Mechanical Engineer to design, develop and implement new or modified components or systems.  Fast paced environment working with a cross-functional team of mechanical, software and electrical engineers.

Responsibilities include:


  • Assessing project requirements.

  • Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling and installing components.

  • Present design to peers and management.

  • Produce and implement design and test products and procedures.

  • Measuring the performance of the devices while maintaining and modifying the equipment to ensure efficiency and reliability.

  • Test, evaluate, modify and retest devises.

  • Document the process.

  • Analyze and interpret data. 

  • Perform full life cycle product development.

  • Provide technical advice. 




  • Strong knowledge of plastics and injection modeling.

  • Able to create 2-D or 3-D designs to run simulations, analyze and tests including thermal analysis.

  • Experience with 3D cad design software e.g. SolidWorks.

  • Extensive knowledge of sheet metal design & fabrication.

  • Understanding of machining of metals & plastic.

  • Comprehension of PCB Placement, cooling / airflow, antenna and RF considerations.


Education & Experience:


  • Proven working experience in mechanical engineering

  • Technical writing skills

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • BS Engineering and or 5 years’ experience
